Meeting Charges are based on hourly usage, half day or full day depending on your specific needs and requirements. Usage more than 2 hours 1 hour complimentary per day based on availability 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday.  Hourly charges on usage applicable @ MYR80.00 per hour


Meeting Room Booking

  • At least 48 hours prior notice is required to book the meeting room and is based on availability.
  •  Confirmed booking, if not required, must be cancelled 48 hours earlier, to avoid restrictions to other booking or incur full charges.
  • Binding of documents on request with 24 hours advance notice, charges will be based on type and size of binding used.
